    Yes we do! You will see the Pay Later options during checkout. We offer Affirm, Klarna, and Paypal.

    Once we receive the original order, we will notify you via email. You can then call and pay for the shipping fee and we will send out the replacement hair.

    JZ Styles offers the best hair extensions on the market. Keep in mind that hair extensions need proper hair care to last. Please review our Hair Care Recommendations.

    • The JZ Styles hair warranty expires after six months
    • JZ Styles cannot guarantee the hair once it has been colored or toned
    • JZ Styles reserves the right to decide if we will warranty worn hair
    • Online gift certificates can only be used for online purchases
    • Online gift certificates cannot be used at JZ Salon or JZ Academy
    • JZ Salon gift certificates can be purchased at the salon

    Items purchased in a Collection can NOT be returned individually.

    We ship to the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.

  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday
  • Orders that we receive before 2:00 pm (mountain time) ship out that day
  • Orders received after 2:00 pm (mountain time) ship out the next business day
  • Orders placed Friday after 4 PM (mountain time) will ship the following business day
  • Orders over $1,000 require a signature
  • Ground, once fulfilled, takes 3-8 business days. No guaranteed delivery times
  • Express, once fulfilled, takes 2-5 business days. No guaranteed delivery times
  • Overnight, once fulfilled, takes 1-3 business days. No guaranteed delivery times - especially over weekends
  • Canada Express Worldwide, once fulfilled, takes 2-6 business days
  • JZ Styles cannot guarantee the time it takes for shipping.
  • JZ Styles cannot guarantee cancelled orders will not be shipped. We will do our best.
  • JZ Styles orders receive two emails. 1st email is confirmation we received your order. 2nd email is when your order has been fulfilled
  • There is no shipping delay with Buy Now Pay Later orders. See Common Shipping Question for more details.

    JZ Hair Education - Certifications and Classes

    2-3 weeks before the class

    You will receive the kit before the class. Expect the kit to arrive within a week of the class. Email customer service if you want kit tracking information.

    For Utah classes, we do not ship the kit. It will be waiting for you on class day.

    JZ does not save a block of rooms. You are more than welcome to book a room the class hotel.

    No. JZ does not save a block of rooms at a discount.

    Color and Business Class: Notepad for notes is useful.

    Hair Certification: Bring your JZ supplied kit, a mannequin head, and stand. All are required. JZ does not provide a mannequin head or stand.
