Double Sided tape - This is the most common. It is double sided and is applied to each tape in hair extensoin to create a sandwhich with 2 tape in hair extensions.
Single Sided Tape - This is ideal for someone with thin hair, or for adding frontal's! The Single Sided tape tab goes in place of the tape in hair extension to create a sandwhich with 1 tape in instead of 2 tape ins.

Best tapes ever
I really enjoy these tapes! Not only do they stay in my hair with no problems but they come out easily with remover. No sticky mess left behind!! They pull apart easy with remover so I don’t feel like I’m damaging my hair. I won’t use another brand of tape. I’ve never had one slip out. They are just right
