If a client is 30+ minutes late to an appointment, the client will need to reschedule.

If a client no shows or cancels within 24 hours before appointment, the client will be charged a fee. The fee depends on the service.

Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will need to reschedule. Additionally, a fee will apply for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, depending on the service booked.
